Harshwardhan Nagpure is passionate about teaching and his core interest area of Urban planning and Urban design. He was teaching at Priyadershani College of Architecture from 2007 to 20012 and currently teaching As Associate professor at Institute of Design Education and Architectural Studies (IDEAS), Nagpur from 2012 to 2022 (Till Date). With his 15 years of teaching experience he has contributed immensely in publishing various Research Papers and also conducting various urban design studios.

With expertise in advanced farming techniques, he significantly contributed to improving agricultural yields in the Vidarbha region. Venturing into construction in 2013, Sachin has since been actively involved in community housing projects under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM) and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
Sachin, as the Proprietor of Gurudev Traders, Nagpur, has diversified into the construction industry, serving as Director and Founder of M/s Ashray Nirmiti Construction Company. Additionally, he plays a crucial role as a Promoter Partner at Eastoria Builders and Developers LLP, contributing to construction projects in and around Nagpur and the Vidarbha region. Raunak Prabhakar Nagpure, a qualified Architect and Urban Planner, holds a degree in Architecture from Nagpur University and a Masters in Planning with a focus on Urban Infrastructure from CEPT, Ahmedabad. With a robust professional background, Raunak has gained extensive experience in both public and private sectors, showcasing his dedication to urban planning and development.
Raunak initiated his career in 2009, contributing to architectural projects with Shri Ashok Mokha Architects for two years. Post-graduation, he joined the Affordable Housing Mission in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, working on prestigious community housing projects under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), and Gujarat Housing Board (GHB). After clearing the Gujarat Public Service Commission exam, he became a government employee, currently serving as the Chief Town Planner in Ahmedabad.

Prof. Pandit Nagpure, son of Freedom fighter Shri Jagannath Ji Nagpure, holds an M.Sc in Chemistry from the Institute of Science. Early in his career, he dedicated himself to education, teaching at Sindhu Mahavidyalaya and Mohata Science College. Passionate about providing education to the underprivileged, he believes it's the key to individual and national success. Apart from nurturing the vision of Eastoria Builders and Developers LLP with Harshwardhan Nagpure, Prof. Nagpure has two daughters who are accomplished doctors in Agra and Bangalore.
In 1979, Prof. Nagpure initiated his first school in Pardi, starting with a humble number of students. To support education, he ventured into agriculture with "Gurudev Beej Bhandar" at Agyaram Devi Chowk, Nagpur. A dedicated farmer, he embraces advanced farming techniques for sustainable agriculture. Beyond education, Prof. Nagpure is a multidimensional personality devoted to social work, donating 5 acres of land to Gayatri Education Society. He actively contributes to various social and charity organizations, emphasizing the scientific significance of Indian festivals through articles and books.
Prof. Nagpure, the Founder and President of Gayatri Education Society, has been instrumental in operating various schools for nearly 40 years. These schools include Nagpure Vidyalaya, Nagpure Prathamic Shala, Gayatri Convent, Gayatri Vidya Mandir, Gayatri Public School, Eastoria Kindergarten and Play School, and the upcoming Eastoria International School. In addition to his educational contributions, he is a Promoter-Partner at Eastoria Builders and Developers LLP, owns Gurudev Beej Bhandar, and is a member of the Giants Group of Nagpur, showcasing his diverse expertise in education, business, and community development.
